We accept orders from 20 pieces per design. Larger consignments (500+ units) receive preferential pricing and priority production scheduling. There is no upper limit — our largest single order to date was 50,000+ units.

Yes, and we recommend it. Bench samples for custom designs are produced in 7–10 working days. A sampling fee applies and is credited toward your bulk order once you proceed.

Pricing depends on three variables: design complexity (stitch count, thread type, hand vs machine work), order size, and finishing (bullion wire, silk, silver thread, etc.). Send us your artwork and quantity, and we’ll come back with a landed quotation within 24 hours.

Bench sample: 7–10 days from artwork approval. Bulk production: 4–8 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated with advance notice — please flag urgency at the enquiry stage.

Yes. Factory tours are welcomed Monday to Saturday between 9:00 and 18:00 PKT, by prior appointment. Please contact us at least one week in advance so we can prepare a walk-through of your specific product range.

Every batch is checked against the approved bench sample — thread count, tension, colour match, and stitching integrity are all recorded. Records are kept for the lifetime of the order, so re-orders match the original consignment exactly.

Yes. We ship to more than 40 countries across five continents. Air freight (5–7 days) or sea freight (4–6 weeks) is available depending on order size, urgency, and destination.

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) for large orders, and PayPal for samples or small orders. A 30–50% advance payment is standard practice, with the balance due before dispatch.

We provide all standard export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any specific certifications required for your destination. Import duties and customs clearance are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless separately agreed.

Yes. Send us Pantone codes or a physical fabric swatch, and we will match thread colours precisely. Colour approval is confirmed on the bench sample before any bulk cutting begins.

Vector formats preferred: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG. High-resolution .PNG or .JPG also accepted. If you only have a photograph, sketch, or physical badge, our in-house digitizing studio can trace and convert it to a stitch-accurate file.

Yes. Non-disclosure and intellectual property agreements are standard practice for military, government, and lodge orders. Send us your template or use ours — whichever your procurement policy prefers.

Bullion wire (gold, silver, copper plating), pure silk thread, colourfast viscose and polyester threads, heavy-duty melton wool, felt, twill, and canvas backings. Every material passes incoming inspection before it enters the production floor.

Yes. All fabrics and threads are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — free from substances harmful to human health. We are also ISO 9001:2015 certified and BSCI audited for ethical manufacturing standards.

With proper storage and cleaning, our hand-embroidered bullion badges retain their shine and stitching integrity for 20+ years. Care instructions and archival storage recommendations are included with every consignment.
